Physical and emotional wellness is directly influenced by even our smallest daily habits.  When one new habit is added it can have a cascading effect on our life. Habit-Lab specializes in transformational habit implementation, focusing on the proven methods of exercise, mindfulness, and gratitude.   We also developed a powerful new habit called X-ing, which naturally reduces the body’s sense of hunger.

 

 

 

Coaching

Knowing which habits to form is a good first step, but the challenge is starting the habit in the first place.  Success in habit transformation comes by working with a habit coach to ensure that a new habit is continued long enough for it to become fully integrated in daily routine. Using the latest research from Psychology and Behavioral economics, discover what it takes to form a habit and truly understand its effects.  These specific approaches are evidence-based and can be customized for a completely individualized habit experiment.  

Community

As a Habit-Lab community member, you will have the opportunity to connect with others who are also working towards improving their health and bettering their overall lifestyle.  Learning what is working for others, having a sounding board to help work through struggles, and sharing insights around the latest science backing successful habit formation will be available to all paid community members on an ongoing basis.

Hello! My name is Steven Chappell, and I am a highly motivated, empathetic, and passionate Habit Coach at Habit-lab.com, specializing in habits that alter the sense of hunger. As someone who firmly understands the power habits have over someone's life, I have dedicated myself to helping others break undesirable, automatic eating behaviors and transform them into healthier ones to foster a better life.

 

I was that kid growing up who struggled with their weight. I tried every diet under the sun, and nothing seemed to work for me. I even read the book The Shangri-La Diet by Seth Roberts in 2006, and was able to lose 20 pounds, but fell out of the habit of doing and it gained it right back. Then, after rereading the same book a few years later, I had a newfound appreciation for it. Over the course of 18 months, I lost 80 pounds and was able to keep it off this time. That was when I realized that it was not my genetics holding me back; it was my habits.

 

Once that spark ignited, I began researching all the best habits to adopt. I read, attended valuable classes, developed habit formation groups, and eventually found the perfect balance that allowed me to reach my full health potential. After experiencing such remarkable results, I decided to start Habit-Lab, so others can reap the extraordinary benefits of positive habit-forming too.

 

Breaking a deeply rooted, repetitive behavior is challenging, but I am here to support you in that process so you can succeed. With my X-ing Habit program, you will be subjected to all the fundamental coaching essentials so you can learn how to manage your sense of hunger and learn how to eat anything you want and maintain a healthy weight.
